Our team here at PNG Trekking Adventures would like to thank our trekkers and friends for their continued support.
2020 has been a challenging year. There has been many ups and downs which has impacted us all emotionally and financially.
Despite this and the complete shutdown of tourism due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been able to maintain support to the Customary school out at 9 Mile, in Port Moresby and keep it open. We have also managed to continue with our village community projects, be it on a very limited scale.
To all our trekkers who deferred their treks to 2021, we thank you for your continuing support. This has given us the endurance to move forward and be positive.
Remember Covid-19 will not be around forever and we must not stop dreaming.
We encourage everyone to continue planning your future adventures. Whether it be trekking the Kokoda Trail, hiking the amazing Patagonia Circuit in Chile, walking with the animals in Zimbabwe or climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
If you are thinking of walking the Kokoda Trail, please support PNG Trekking Adventures. We are on the ground here in Papua New Guinea, we are the people on the front line.
We ask for your support rather than choosing an overseas Australian based trekking company. When you pay for the trek your money stays in Papua New Guinea.
